Who can apply for loan?
VPN Credit is open for any individual 21 – 45 yrs old, with regular job or has been backed by a reputable guarantor for students and low income individuals.
At the moment only locals from Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Philippines are allowed to apply, we will are continuing to expand from other countries.
Can my friend be my guarantor?
VPN credit is a private group, we focus on quality borrowers that is worthy of help, The guarantor is an existing borrower that has proven track records, Only he/she can refer you to loan from the company.
I want to borrow but i don't have a guarantor?
Start asking your friends or relatives if they are our existing client and we see that they are having good records in our database, you may have a chance to borrow money.

What are the requirements for applying loan?

How do i get the money?
Upon approval of loan, you will be provided with Control number for Cash Pick-up or it will be credit to your bank account. please ensure the account name and mobile number of recipient is correct and he/she has a valid id to collect.
Are there any processing fee?
Processing fee is inclusive on the loan amount but we have admin fee to cover for contract signing, logistics and remittance.
How do i make the re-payments?
Upon contract signing, you will be provided with our company account where you can deposit your monthly payments, we will need you to upload your payment receipts from the website for us to post you payments.
What happens if i missed payments?
Your loan will incur late payment fee of 2% or $100 whichever is higher
What happens if the borrower becomes disabled and unable to repay?
Your loan will be pass down to your guarantor which he/she will settle the balance amount
What happens if i refuse to pay?
We are a well funded company, our corporate lawyer will be in touch with you for the settlement arrangement.
How can a student apply for loan?
To apply for student loan, you need to have a guarantor with good track records to vet for you. the process is subject for interview and assessment.
